Cory Monteith will always be a special part of Lea Michele’s life. After her co-star and best friend died nine years ago, the Glee star paid tribute to him in a series of tweets on July 13.<\/p>\n

Cory died of an accidental drug overdose on July 13, 2013. With Lea, his fianc\u00e9e of four years at the time of his death, he was 31 when he died away and had been on four seasons of Glee. That’s what I’m just trying to do for him, because I know that’s what he would have wanted,” Lea continued.
