Two years after Naya Rivera’s passing, Heather Morris pays tribute to her Glee co-star. Morris shared a few old images of herself and Rivera, who played her on-screen love interest and best friend, Santana Lopez.<\/p>\n

The actress, 35, captioned the photo as follows: “My angel visits me daily. Every single day, I miss you.” Morris also shared Jenna Ushkowitz’s homage to Rivera, a photo of the late actress dancing the night away, on her Instagram Story.<\/p>\n

The Anniversary of Rivera’s Death.<\/h2>\n

Morris also shared a picture of Rivera on a boat taken by Kevin McHale<\/a>. Forever & Ever, he wrote about the late star. Morris uploaded a series of photographs and a video of herself getting a tattoo on her left arm on the anniversary of Rivera’s death. Artist L Garza wrote the words “Tomorrow is not promised” in the script for her.<\/p>\n

Exactly one month after Rivera’s 6-year-old son Josey graduated from kindergarten, the anniversary of her death comes around. With the help of his father, Ryan turned to Instagram and shared a series of images from his son’s graduation, in which he can be seen beaming with pride while dressed in gray Vans, acid wash jeans, suspenders, and an all-white outfit complete with a white button-down shirt and gray blazer.<\/p>\n

  Rivera’s Final Moments Were Courageous.<\/h2>\n

  In July 2020, Rivera vanished while on a boat outing with her 4-year-old kid on Lake Piru in California. Five days after her death, her body was found. Sheriff’s deputies stated Rivera’s final moments were courageous because she rushed her son to safety.<\/p>\n

  “Naya<\/a> and her son swam together in the lake at some point during their journey, according to her son. At that point in time, her son stated how Naya pushed him onto the deck from behind and helped him into the boat “Bill Ayub, the sheriff, said. In an interview with investigators, he stated that he witnessed her fall under the water’s surface.<\/p>\n
