New York City Mayor Eric Adams Attended His Son’s Cd Release Celebration as a Proud Father

He puts family and community first.

New York City Mayor Eric Adams was in full “supporting dad mode” on Friday night at Manhattan hotspot Sei Less for his son Jordan Coleman’s CD release party.

Coleman, 27, allegedly had the entire Asian fusion restaurant, a favorite of celebrities like Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg, closed down for the occasion, as reported exclusively by Page Six.

From what we hear, Adams didn’t make it to the party until after midnight, but he still managed to mingle with the crowd and feast on edamame dumplings, scallion pancakes, and vegetables.

Yet being there for his sole child with ex-girlfriend Christina Coleman was the mayor’s top concern.

The father and kid “exchanged a few words” and “had a loving embrace,” one eyewitness tells Page Six.

The Mayor of Adams’s father was quite proud of his son, the source said.

The father, a retired police officer, told the Post in January that his son’s music is a “voice of aspiration” for young people in the United States.

It was Adams’ responsibility to “give him instructions, teach him, and prepare him for the future” when their son was young.

To be a man, he must now discover his own voice and not repeat mine. Jordan is applying his newfound knowledge to his life and making wise choices. The man he’s become fills me with immense pride.

Coleman, a former creative coordinator at Roc Nation’s film division, once told The Post, “I want to be a rapper, an international filmmaker, an artist. I’m pondering some clever and original methods to combine them.

At the party celebrating the release of the performer’s debut album, “Jordan,” guests like Melle Mel, Eric B., Grandmaster Caz, retired NBA great Kenny Anderson, and TV personality Justina Valentine enjoyed cocktails made with D’USSE cognac and Purple Heart vodka.

Coleman reportedly also performed a capella set for the partygoers, after which they “didn’t want to go.”

At about 3:30 a.m. Saturday morning, the event was finally over.
