KOnosuba is a Japanese anime series. The light novel characters Kazuma Sato and Megumin were used as inspiration. KONOSUBA’s return was announced after the show’s second season ended with high ratings last year.

Konosuba Season 3: Plot Information
The anime series has covered the first four volumes of the light novel, while the film has covered volume five. If the anime has been faithfully adapting the story of the light book, the third season may begin with volume 6.
If you haven’t read the novel and don’t want to wait for season 3 to be released, I’d recommend starting with volume 6.
Currently, seventeen volumes of the light novel have been published in Japan. The final volume of KonoSuba’s golden book was published in 2021. The story has reached its conclusion.
Since the previous two seasons each covered two volumes, we may guess that KonoSuba Season 3 will cover volumes 6 and 7, and if there is a movie between each season, it will take at least five more seasons to complete the plot. But we’ll leave that decision up to the KonoSuba franchise.

The production team for a forthcoming third season of “KonoSuba” may not be as well-defined as the voice cast. According to Anime News Network, Company Deen was the animation studio behind the first two seasons of the series.
On the other hand, J.C. Staff was in charge of animation for the film.
