On Sunday evening, a guy was gunned down and died inside a bodega in the Bronx.
Just before midnight, officials say, an argument at the Zoom Zoom deli grill on White Plains Road escalated to a shooting in the establishment.
According to the authorities, the altercation began inside the deli, and it continued until a 24-year-old man was shot in the torso. He was transferred to the Jacobi Medical Center, but he did not survive his stay there.

According to the authorities, a man aged 42 who was wounded in the leg is currently being treated at Montefiore in stable condition.
Because incidents of violence like this one continue to take place, residents of this region have expressed that they do not feel safe.

According to the police, shots were fired both inside and outside of the deli at some point during the incident. The investigation into what led up to the shooting is still ongoing.
According to the police, they are looking for two guys who were last seen fleeing the scene while dressed in black clothing. No arrests have been made.
